
Sun-dried Tomato Cod
Delicious and simple cod fillets topped with sun-dried tomato pesto. Perfect for a healthy, quick dinner.

- Wooden spoon
- Oven
Ingredients
- 2 x 200 g cod fillets
- 2 tsp tomato pesto sun-dried
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
- Place cod fillets in tin foil, top with sun-dried tomato pesto, wrap and place on a baking tray in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Pair with potatoes, sugar snap peas, or your favorite green vegetables for a complete meal.
