Ingredients
 
 

  • 500 ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 350 g porridge oats
  • 2 tsp bread soda sodium bicarbonate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
  • Place the yoghurt and egg in a bowl and mix well.
    500 ml natural yoghurt, 1 egg
  • Add the oats and bread soda to the yoghurt mixture and stir well.
    500 ml natural yoghurt, 2 tsp bread soda, 350 g porridge oats
  • Place the mixture (it should be wet, but not a liquid) in a greased or parchment-lined loaf tin and bake for 60 minutes.

Notes

Add dried fruit like raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots for a sweeter tasting bread.
