
Scrambled Eggs
Simple and creamy scrambled eggs. Serve with toast.

- Shallow bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Saucepan
- Stove
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 10 ml vegetable oil
- 40 ml milk low-fat
- pinch of salt optional
- pepper
Instructions
- Break the eggs into a shallow bowl and beat well with a fork.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan then add the milk, pepper, and salt.
- Add the beaten eggs and stir over a moderate heat until thick and creamy.
- Do not cook for too long or it will curdle. Serve on hot toast.
Notes
Consider adding low-fat grated cheese or chopped fresh tomatoes for extra flavor.
