Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Spread the mixed vegetables evenly on the tray.
  • Cut the feta into cubes.
  • Add the feta cubes on top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper.
