
Peary Nice Smoothie
A quick and refreshing smoothie made with pears, kiwi, banana, and yogurt.
Equipment
- Chopping board
- Chopping knife
- Hand blender
- Mixing bowl
- Vegetable peeler
Ingredients
- 2 pears ripe or tinned
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana medium-sized
- 1 tbsp yogurt
Instructions
- Peel and chop the pears, kiwi, and banana.2 pears
- Blend all the chopped fruit together in a mixing bowl.2 pears
- Add yogurt to the mixture and blend until smooth.2 pears
- Pour into glasses and enjoy straight away.
Notes
You can use almond yogurt or other plant-based alternatives to make this smoothie dairy-free.
