  • 2 pears ripe or tinned
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana medium-sized
  • 1 tbsp yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the pears, kiwi, and banana.

  • Blend all the chopped fruit together in a mixing bowl.

  • Add yogurt to the mixture and blend until smooth.

  • Pour into glasses and enjoy straight away.

Notes
