Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 nectarine peeled and stoned
  • 1 banana peeled and roughly chopped
  • 75 g strawberries washed
  • 125 g strawberry yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Peel and stone the nectarine.
  • Peel the banana and roughly chop.
  • Wash the strawberries.
  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and puree with a hand blender (or use a liquidiser).
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy straight away.

Notes

This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh and cold. You can experiment with adding other fruits like peaches or blueberries for added flavor!
