
Nectarine, Strawberry, and Banana Smoothie
A delightful smoothie blending nectarine, strawberry, and banana flavors. A perfect, refreshing drink for any time of the day.
Equipment
- Chopping board
- Chopping knife
- Hand blender
- Mixing bowl
- Vegetable peeler
Ingredients
- 1 nectarine peeled and stoned
- 1 banana peeled and roughly chopped
- 75 g strawberries washed
- 125 g strawberry yoghurt
Instructions
- Peel and stone the nectarine.
- Peel the banana and roughly chop.
- Wash the strawberries.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and puree with a hand blender (or use a liquidiser).
- Pour into glasses and enjoy straight away.
Notes
This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh and cold. You can experiment with adding other fruits like peaches or blueberries for added flavor!
