
Halloumi Spinach Pitas
Yummy recipe that is easy and fast to cook with only a handful of ingredients.
Equipment
- 1 Frying pan
- 1 Knife
Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil
- 50 g spinach leaves
- 2 Pita Breads
- Pesto red or green
- 100 g Halloumi Cheese
Instructions
- Cut the halloumi into small slices
- Fry the halloumi slices in a pan with a little oil on both sides until golden brown.
- Cut and bake or toast the pita bread.
- Wash the Spinach.
- Spread the pita with pesto and top with spinach and halloumi.
Notes
You can use bagels instead of pitas too.
