Ingredients
 
 

  • Vegetable Oil
  • 50 g spinach leaves
  • 2 Pita Breads
  • Pesto red or green
  • 100 g Halloumi Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut the halloumi into small slices
  • Fry the halloumi slices in a pan with a little oil on both sides until golden brown.
  • Cut and bake or toast the pita bread.
  • Wash the Spinach.
  • Spread the pita with pesto and top with spinach and halloumi.

Notes

You can use bagels instead of pitas too.
