
Guacamole
A quick and healthy guacamole recipe, perfect as a snack or topping with crispbread.
Equipment
- Chopping board
- Chopping knife
- Mixing bowl
- Wooden spoon
Ingredients
- 0.25 avocado diced
- 1 spring onion finely chopped
- 0.5 tbsp coriander fresh and chopped, or 1 tsp dried coriander
- 6 cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1 pinch cumin seeds
- 1 pinch crushed chilli
- 0.5 clove of garlic peeled and crushed
- 0.5 lime juiced
- 3 rye crispbreads for serving
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
- Spread on the crispbread and enjoy.
Notes
This guacamole pairs well with chips, bread, or as a topping for sandwiches and wraps. Add more lime or chilli to adjust the taste to your liking.
