Ingredients
 
 

  • 0.25 avocado diced
  • 1 spring onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp coriander fresh and chopped, or 1 tsp dried coriander
  • 6 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 1 pinch cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch crushed chilli
  • 0.5 clove of garlic peeled and crushed
  • 0.5 lime juiced
  • 3 rye crispbreads for serving

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
  • Spread on the crispbread and enjoy.

Notes

This guacamole pairs well with chips, bread, or as a topping for sandwiches and wraps. Add more lime or chilli to adjust the taste to your liking.
