
Grilled Salmon Cutlets
Juicy salmon cutlets grilled to perfection and served with a lemon wedge on the side.
Equipment
- Chopping board
- Chopping knife
- Grill
- Grill pan
Ingredients
- 400 g salmon fillets 4 fillets
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the grill for 10 minutes on a medium heat.
- Line the grill pan with foil.
- Place the salmon under the grill for 3–4 minutes each side.
- Serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
Notes
Pair with potatoes and vegetables for a wholesome meal.
