
Grilled Pork Chops with Apple Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops lean
- 40 g apple sauce
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill for 10 minutes.
- Trim off any excess fat from the pork chops.
- Cook under a hot grill for about 5 minutes each side.
- Check that the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with the apple sauce.
