
Greek Pasta Salad
A fresh and tangy pasta salad with Mediterranean flavors, perfect for barbecues or packed lunches.
Equipment
- Chopping board
- Chopping knife
- Saucepan
- Whisk
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 20 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- lemon juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tsp oregano dried
- 0.5 cucumber thickly sliced
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 125 g cherry tomatoes halved
- 200 g feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
- Drain and cool under cold water.
- In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and dried oregano.
- Place the pasta, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese and dressing in a bowl and gently mix, then serve.
Notes
This salad is a real crowd pleaser at a BBQ. It’s so easy to make and is basically summer in a bowl. The perfect salad to pack and take to work too.

That salad is pretty easy to make with only a few ingredients and instructions. I added some olives for a little extra flavor and used sheep’s cheese instead of feta.
