
Fruity, Nutty Muesli
Delicious and healthy muesli with fruits and nuts. Serve with low-fat milk or yoghurt.
Equipment
- Mixing bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Plastic container
Ingredients
- 200 g muesli cereal base or a mixture of rolled wheat and oats, available at most supermarkets
- 100 g mixed dried fruit try blueberries, cranberries, raisins, and chopped apricots
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g chopped mixed nuts try Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.200 g muesli cereal base
- Store in an airtight container in a dark cupboard.200 g muesli cereal base
