Ingredients
 
 

  • 200 g muesli cereal base or a mixture of rolled wheat and oats, available at most supermarkets
  • 100 g mixed dried fruit try blueberries, cranberries, raisins, and chopped apricots
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g chopped mixed nuts try Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
    200 g muesli cereal base
  • Store in an airtight container in a dark cupboard.

Notes

Serve with low-fat milk or yoghurt for a complete breakfast.
