Equipment

  • 1 Chopping board
  • 1 Chopping knife
  • 1 Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 4 wraps medium-size
  • 200 g beetroot from a tin or fresh (wash if needed)
  • 200 g mixed salad or coleslaw
  • 240 g feta cheese
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 1 onion small
  • 1 tsp chives
  • pinch of pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 1-2 squeezes of lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion into small pieces.
  • In a bowl mix the yogurt, onion, chives, pepper, salt and lemon juice to prepare a dressing.
  • Cut the feta cheese and beetroot into pieces.
  • Wash the salad if needed.
  • Fill a wrap with some lettuce, feta, beetroot and dressing.

Notes

This tastes well with other dressing such as honey mustard too.
