
BLT Pasta Salad
A quick and easy pasta salad with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, perfect for a light meal.
Equipment
- Chopping board
- Chopping knife
- Saucepan
- Mixing bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Stove
Ingredients
- 75 g pasta
- 2 bacon rashers scooked liced
- 45 g spinach chopped
- 8 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 tbsp crème fraiche
- 1/4 tsp wholegrain mustard
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
- Put the bacon, spinach, tomatoes, crème fraiche and mustard in a bowl along with the pasta and mix well.

Easy to prepare but still delicious. Comes with good nutritions. Add some more meat for more protein. And I used lean chicken meat instead of bacon to avoid saturated fats.
