  • 75 g pasta
  • 2 bacon rashers scooked liced
  • 45 g spinach chopped
  • 8 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 tbsp crème fraiche
  • 1/4 tsp wholegrain mustard

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  • Put the bacon, spinach, tomatoes, crème fraiche and mustard in a bowl along with the pasta and mix well.

    Easy to prepare but still delicious. Comes with good nutritions. Add some more meat for more protein. And I used lean chicken meat instead of bacon to avoid saturated fats.
