Ingredients
- 1 150 g tin tuna in birne
- 200 g cream cheese
- spices optional
Instructions
- Drain the tuna from its own juice
- Mix everything together with a fork.
Notes
For the spices you can use salt, pepper, chilli or other spices.
Serve with bread, donuts and some vegetables such as peppers, tomatoes or cucumbers to make it a wholesome, healthy snack or lunch.
