Ingredients
 
 

  • 180 g brown rice
  • 500 ml water
  • 100 g frozen peas defrosted
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water in a saucepan and add the rice. Follow the cooking instructions that are on the packet.

  • In a smaller pan, heat up the peas in a little water.

  • When both are cooked, drain them and then mix them together, adding olive oil and pepper to taste.
