Du hast wenig Zeit oder nur begrenzte Vorr\u00e4te im K\u00fchlschrank? <br\/>Oder hast du schon mal ein Essen geplant und dann festgestellt, dass die H\u00e4lfte der Zutaten nicht verf\u00fcgbar oder zu teuer ist?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genau das ist mir im Winter 2024 in Neuseeland passiert. Ich hatte einfache Rezepte im Kopf, aber der Einkauf im Supermarkt hat mir einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Aufgrund saisonaler Einfl\u00fcsse fehlten einige Zutaten oder waren \u00fcberteuert.
