Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 chicken breasts skin removed
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g breadcrumbs fresh
  • 50 g porridge oats
  • 25 g flour plain

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
  • Cut the chicken into strips.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs and porridge oats together and then scatter on a plate.
  • Place the flour on a plate.
  • Roll the chicken strips in the flour.
  • Dip the chicken into the beaten egg.
  • Roll the chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture until they are fully coated.
  • Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

Serve with your favorite dipping sauces for extra flavor.
