
Chicken Fingers
Crispy and delicious chicken fingers, perfect for a quick and easy meal. Serve with salad.

- Chopping knife
- Mixing bowl
- Baking tray

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts skin removed
- 2 eggs
- 50 g breadcrumbs fresh
- 50 g porridge oats
- 25 g flour plain
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
- Cut the chicken into strips.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Mix the breadcrumbs and porridge oats together and then scatter on a plate.
- Place the flour on a plate.
- Roll the chicken strips in the flour.
- Dip the chicken into the beaten egg.
- Roll the chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture until they are fully coated.
- Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces for extra flavor.
