Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 tbsp dried fruit raisins, sultanas, apricots and so on
  • 40 g seeds and shelled nuts sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients into an airtight container.
    1 tbsp dried fruit
  • Put on lid and shake well, mixing all the ingredients together.
    1 tbsp dried fruit
  • Store in a cool dry place.
  • Eat within 14 days of preparation.

Notes

Ideal to munch on while watching TV, studying, or grazing! Customize it according to your preferences and budget. Buy broken nuts in health shops for a cheaper option. Not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
